We stand by the quality of our apparel. If you receive defective merchandise or incorrect shipments, we offer a streamlined return process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your wholesale portal and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with photos of the items.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging with tags attached. Include the printed RMA slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns department.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 5 business days.
